    HAMMERMILL PAPER CO PULP PAPER ADVERTISING COMPREHENSIVE SAMPLE BOOK from the TOBEY FINE PAPERS Inc in St Louis, MO.
    Can't find a date -- 8th edition. 189 pages.  Measures 5 1/4 x 8 1/4 x 1 1/4" thick. Appears to be totally complete with the folded dividers.
    Just since I acquired this book, the cloth spine has split and the cover and one section of the book are now separated from the rest - I did nothing to try to fix it, although I do believe the spine tape can be replaced (last photo).  Front 3 pages were pulled loose from the spine when I received it.  Very minor front cover wear - corner bumps and back cover rubs.
