    Description

    U.S. Navy Fighting Knife Bowie measuring 9-5/8" overall with a blade length of 5". Blade shows sharpening, wear, use, age patina.  The wood pommel has a crack on both sides causing looseness to the pommel, the back 7 washers, and the cross-guard wiggles a bit. The first red washer under the cross-guard shows a crack on the left side. Blade marked, "USN/ROBESON/SHUREDGE No. 20".  Comes with a vintage worn leather scabbard showing scratches, wear, use, missing the snap button and leather strap on the top area.  A nice original WWII piece, a great restoration piece.  See photos for further details, clarification, and condition.
