    Description

    DESCRIPTION:
    This is a small 1980s pottery penguin.  The penguin is looking down at a baby at his or her feet.  The glaze is an oatmeal
    color with navy blue and gray.  The signature is on the side near the bottom; The last name begins with an X, but I can't make it out.
    This piece was apparently a birthday gift to someone in 1999.  There is an ink inscription about this on the bottom.
    SIZE:
    This figurine is about 2 1/2" tall.

    BACKGROUND:
    This figurine was purchased from a neighbor's estate.  I'll be continuing to list things from this estate over the next several weeks, including several more penguins in various materials.
