    Description

In an effort to continuously improve my slings, I've brought another handmade gem to the table. Each sling has the following features:
A remarkably soft and robust 4-5 oz. Nappa, top grain,
    Elk leather pouch
, finger loop, and comfy-grip button.
A comfy-grip button allows for a smooth release without chafing  your fingers.
The pouch and finger loop are reinforced for durability with solid brass grommets.
The cord is made from a sturdy Mil Spec 7 Strand Type III Nylon 550 Parachute Cord and tied off with some insanely strong Kevlar thread. This Kevlar thread, is
    so strong
, that I have to cut it with a razor blade rather than my leather scissors. Additionally,
DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND FOR DESERT CAMO PARACORD & THESE SLINGS, THIS SLING WILL BE OUTFITTED WITH EITHER RATTLESNAKE DESERT CAMO (see picture 4, left) OR GOLDEN SAND DESERT CAMO (see picture 4, right).
    Slings can be excellent for:
    ·
    Survival situations!
    o
Because rocks are almost everywhere (and therefore not provided in this auction), you’ll have access to an enormous (and cheap) supply of projectiles!
    o
Because the inside of the parachute cord contains 7 white strands of strong nylon material that can be used as fishing string!
    o
Because slings are lightweight and portable and won’t bog down your survival kit!
    ·
Providing more velocity and distance than a slingshot. Slings are
    significantly different than a sling-shot
and provide far more knockout power than a slingshot. This particular sling can comfortably sling rocks that are around 1-1/2 times bigger than a golf ball.
    ·
Teaching the background of biblical stories: 1 Sam. 17 (David & Goliath); Judges 20:16 (Benjamites who were remarkably accurate with slinging stones)
    ·
Hiding a great bit of geocaching treasure for someone to find. See the QR code pictured, which links to a video on how to use this sling.

While slings are fun, keep in mind that slings should not be treated like toys unless you are slinging large marshmallows. Always keep safety first, and look out for others!
    ***Custom quantities available upon request***
Always be aware of your surroundings when using a sling and never use a sling in such a way that a mis-aimed rock could strike a person. User assumes full responsibility for the safe use of the sling.
