You are bidding on an outstanding Van Briggle Art Pottery SHELL GIRL vase - designed by William Higman in an Art Nouveau form:
This is a 7" Shell Girl - Nude Indian Maiden figural piece - a matte white pure
glaze (Moonglo), stylized girl holding a large shell - a nude figural piece done in heavy relief - marked only with the Van Briggle logo on the back of the piece and the letter S on the base - very typical, exceptional original condition.  The glaze is fantastic and smooth.  The mold is very strong - this is a fabulous example.
Condition notes: This 50 year old piece looks perfect - no excuses here!  This is a near flawless example of an early Van Briggle classic design.
