    The pictures should tell you everything you need to know.  The blade has some pitting and discoloration.  This theatre knife is well constructed...better than most I've encountered.  This came from a large collection and has the prior owners inventory/notes tag.  The tag said it came with a sheath but there is NO SHEATH...this is how I got it, so at some point over the years the sheath disappeared (he probably used it for another time at some point after he made this tag).  What you see is what you get.
