WWII Era US Army RH Pal 36 Fighting Knife w/Leather Scabbard - Nice Condition
Up for Auction is a WWII Era US Army RH Pal 36 Fighting Knife with Leather Scabbard.  This is one of the many commercial  hunting knives that were pressed into service during WWII to help meet the demand for fighting knives.  The blade is 6 1/4" long with an overall length of 11 1/4".  The blade is bright with a stacked leather handle.  The blade shows evidence of sharpening.  No rust or pitting on the blade.  Some minor discoloration to the blade.  The guard and pommel are both tight.   It has a Leather Scabbard.  Heavy wear on the retention strap. This knife is used, see  photo's for condition.
A  nice and interesting example of a RH Pal 36 Knife.
This would make a great accessory to add to your WWII collection.
