Description

WWII Original M1 Garand Bayonet with Scabbard. Bayonet measures 14-1/2" overall with a blade length of 9-3/4". For the M1 Garand Rifle and also the M1903 rifles that were also used in WWII and WWI. Blade shows age patina, wear, use, some sharpening, very good black grips with some wear, scratches, great working press-stud, with good locking into scabbard. great looking black grips. Blade marked, "AFH" over "US" with a flaming bomb ordnance below that. AFH stands for maker, American Fork and Hoe in Geneva Ohio. Comes with a Green Scabbard with the throat marking, "US" inside a flaming bomb. The scabbard side shows chips and wear on the sides along with some scratches no the body of plastic.
