Condition:
The bayonet is in good condition considering the age. Grips are brown plastic and worn. There are no major chips or cracks, but there are some minor scratches.
There are no nicks or pitting on the blade, but there is some light rust and some of the knife has oxidized. It has a spear point and it retains a pointy tip. Some of the finish has come off
.
Scabbard is in good shape and has some light scratches. Most of the finish remains and there is rust around the throat and surrounding area. The clasps are in good shape. They may need a light cleaning to meet your standards. Please see our photographs for a better understanding of the contents and its condition.
